I offer individual and group appointments.
Coaching is available by phone.
Individual appointments usually are 1 hour once a week.
90 minute appointments can be scheduled as well.
Telephone coaching calls can be recorded so that you can replay the call and tap along with it between sessions.
Sessions must be paid in advance.
You may schedule and pay for 4 hours of sessions in advance for a discounted fee.
You may pay by PayPal or check.
I will also be available to you by email.
